I always feel this way when I'm posting a new collection, but this one feels particularly FIERCE and ON FIRE!!! I cant even begin to talk about it, you just need to d'load these track and trip the F out on them. Something for everyone, but HOTNESS across the board.
LETS GET STARTED and might as well START HARD!!!!
Pet Shop Boy "Love Is A Bourgeois Construct" (Dave Aude Club Mix) How amazing are these guys? Still killing it with club bangers, each one better than the next, year after year. What would dance remixes be without their innovation over the years. RESPECT.
Ellie Goulding "Burn" (Tiesto Remix) LET IT BURN!!!! I didn't really get into this whole Ellie album cycle, but this one is impossible to avoid, its just so BIG. EDM epic.
Moulinex "Lover In Me" Just some FUN filtered disco!
Kylie Timebomb [Peter Rauhofer Remix] Can't believe we wont be getting any more Rauhofer in this lifetime... what a damn shame. This was such an underrated jam of his. It doesn't go to the places you think it will, but that is sort of the genius of it, it's NOT peak hour, it's getting you to peak hour music - the 'are we there yet' feeling. (Miss that.)
Foxes "Youth" (Seamus Haji Remix) Seamus is not going to steer you wrong. Ever. This is arty dance.
The Saturdays Disco Love (Starlab Disco Radio Edit) How about some 90s disco revival? This is such a Kylie track, ain't it?
Selena Gomez "Slow Down" (Chew Fu Refix) I have been revisiting all of Chew Fu's other mixes - you should too. Love this one, especially the first 2 minutes.
Daft Punk "Lose Yourself To Dance" (Nacho Penade House Edit) Dancier than original. Like that the guitar is front and center. Not the best remix, but worth your time.
Rihanna "What Now" (R3hab Edit) This is my fav in this collection... How is she still releasing epic remixes from that CD??? This vocal reminds me of Tasmin Archer. Epic, epic, epic. BIG ROOM.
Lady Gaga "Applause" (The Thin Red Men Edit) There are a million mixes floating around now. I'm still in love with the original track and this one hold true to that, which is why I shared it. More mixes of this track coming in future BBBs.
Russ Chimes "Turn Me Out" (Steve Smart N WestFunk Extended Mix) Prob my 2nd fav on this collection. I LIVE FOR A SOULFUL SYLVESTER STYLE VOCAL and an 80s SHANNON STYLE VOCAL SAMPLE. This is PERFECTION.
Cajmere feat. Dajae "Brighter Days" (Underground Goodie Mix '93) That last one, brought this CLASSIC to mind and I just had to share it. Old as hell, but still so fun to vogue to, yes ocassionally I will vogue around my house... you don't?
Justin Martin "Lezgo VIP" (Justin Martin Vs. Ardalan) While we are voguing... This is some crazy track I found that needs to be played at BALLS, yes BALLS!!!!
Jessie J. Who You Are (Seamus Haji Radio Edit) This chorus came to mind sitting in a miserable court room in a miserable jury box. I owe it (partially) to getting me the hell out of there. Tooooooooo hard to explain. But life is a circle, and you can bury things as deep as you want, but life has a way of bringing them back up and if you have the right power over them, even the most traumatic experience can be at your service when needed. "It's ok not to be ok."
