George Michael -- 25 Live Tour

Gnruet_1George Michael began his 25 Live European Tour this weekend in Spain.  Watching this clip from Reuters made me wish I was there.  I doubt he'll bother bringing this show to the States, but I wish he would 'cause I'm sure he'll never tour again.

But, realistically, in the days of Tour DVDs, Blogging and youtube, you can pretty much see any show, anywhere, anytime.  Seeing concerts live has just become a big hassle.  (Did I really just type that?)

Here's the set-list:
Waiting Intro, Flawless, Fast Love, Father Figure, Star People, First Time Ever I Saw Your Face, Praying for Time, Too Funky, You Have Been Loved, Everything She Wants, My Mother Had a Brother, Shoot the Dog, 20 Minute Intermission, Faith, Spinning the Wheel, Jesus to a Child, An Easier Affair, A Different Corner, Amazing, Too Funky (reprise), I'm Your Man, Outside, Careless Whisper, Freedom 90

I'm not giving up hope that he does bring his tour to the USA! I would love to see him live again. :p

George is going to play at least one date in the USA. I believe they have completed negotiations for him to perform at Radio City Music Hall in NYC.

I'm at the concert now in germany! It is great! Best concert ever and everything is perfect!

I'm going to see George tomorrow night in the RDS in Dublin. the doors open at 5 in the afternoon. We're all wondering what time he comes on stage at...anyone any idea? Thanks!

I'm still buzzing from seeing George last night! Best gig EVER!

I've read within his official forum from which I am a member (ofcourse!!!) that he will be touring the U.S.!

youtube will never replace going to see a concert live for me, I have my tickets for when he's in Phoenix.

I am going to see GEORGE MICHAEL when he comes to Philadelphia, and I have to say I am really greatful that he choose to due a US tour I have been waiting to see him live for years..but my only question is how come he is not doing " I WANT YOUR SEX"...

He hates I Want Your Sex, describing it as bad Prince. I agree though, it's one of my faves.

I saw George in Seattle on Wed. July 2, 2008. This was literally a dream come true. He sang so much of his older hits. Sadly, he did not sing, "I want your sex" and "Faith." Two great fan favorites. Let me just say, he was more than I had expected. He made a night for me to remember. If anyone out there doubts his voice after all of these years, dont. His voice is very strong, he is also just as good looking and charming as ever. Also, those super fans like myself, yes he does his signiature dance (back and forth sway with clapping and or snapping). If you get a chance to go, do it. Our concert was sold out and the crowd varied in all ages, sexes and races. It was a fantastic coming together of many other fans of George and a night to remember. You wont regret it. I only wish his farewell tour becomes repeatative like Cher's.
